In 1986, our founder began his journey by personally visiting clients at their homes, offering high-quality, trusted services. Through hard work and a commitment to excellence, his reputation quickly spread by word of mouth. As demand grew, he brought on his brothers to help meet the needs of a growing client base. Eventually, the next generation — his son and nephews — joined the business, continuing the tradition of family values, dedication, and personal service that started it all.

The founder’s son joined the business in 2000, bringing fresh energy and a deep respect for the family tradition. Growing up around the company, he quickly became a key part of continuing its commitment to quality service and strong client relationships.

A few years after the company was founded, Carlos Sorto-Torres, the founder's youngest brother, became the first official employee. His dedication and hard work helped shape the early success of the business. Today, he proudly holds the title of our longest-serving team member, embodying the loyalty and spirit that define our company.

The founder’s third brother, Angel Torres soon joined the growing business, bringing his own skills and strong work ethic. As the company expanded, he played a key role in supporting its growth and maintaining the family tradition of dependable, quality service.

Our first non-family employee was Benji, a longtime friend who joined the team early on. Though not related by blood, he’s always been treated like family. His loyalty, hard work, and deep connection to the team have made him an essential part of our story.  He holds the title of employee #5.  ​​

The first female office representative to join our team was the founder’s wife’s niece. Bringing with her valuable experience in immigration services, she added a new level of expertise and professionalism to the office, helping expand and strengthen our capabilities.

Stefany Andino is a key member of our office team, bringing accuracy and attention to detail to every aspect of her bookkeeping work. She supports clients with day-to-day financial tracking, account reconciliation, and monthly reporting, helping ensure everything stays organized and compliant.
